あか牛と草原維持の関係性について学んだ後は古民家宿にてあか牛の様々な部位を味わえるコース料理を。2日目は乗馬体験で阿蘇の大地を全身で感じ、夜にはフュージョンレストラン「.know」にて、このツアー限定のあか牛の新たな魅力を発見する、スペシャルディナーをご堪能ください。

Discover the fascinating world of Akaushi cattle and its relationship with the preservation of Aso’s vast grasslands, and then indulge in a course meal featuring various cuts of Akaushi beef at a traditional Japanese inn. On Day 2, immerse yourself in the breath-taking landscape of Aso on a Horseback Riding Expedition, and at night, explore new and unique flavours of Akaushi Beef with a Special Dinner at the fusion restaurant ‘.know’ – an exclusive dining experience available only to guests on this tour.

普段は入れない牧野にてあか牛と草原維持の関係性について学んだ後は、通常は立ち入ることが許されない特別な場所にて草原BBQ体験を。メイン料理は「阿蘇のあか牛のススキ焼き」。抜群のロケーションでフォトジェニックな草原空間を独り占めしながら、その味わいをご堪能ください。

After embarking on a journey to uncover the fascinating relationship between Akaushi beef and the preservation of the 1000-year old grasslands, you’ll have a special grassland BBQ experience in an exclusive location that’s usually off-limits to the public. The main dish is “Fire-Grilled Aso Akaushi Beef with Blazing Susuki Silvergrass”. Enjoy the flavours of the unique terroir while having exclusive access to the picturesque grassland around you.

阿蘇のあか牛の美味しさをご旅行後もご自宅等で楽しんで頂くお土産つきプラン。対象の宿泊施設のチェックアウト時に、あか牛の美味しさをご自宅等でも楽しんでいただける厳選商品の引換券を進呈します。

Enjoy Akaushi beef from the comfort of your own home. Upon checking out of a participating accommodation, you’ll receive a ticket that can be exchanged for specially selected Akaushi beef, and you can try your hand at cooking and enjoying it at home.
